Are you looking for a solution for your IBS?
Are you wanting to try a low FODMAP diet but don't know where to start?
A low FODMAP diet can help around 7 out of 10 people who have IBS. At this time, no other strategy exists for IBS that's as effective.
But a low FODMAP diet isn't the easiest thing to follow. At least not if you're doing it alone. And you don't want to be making you mistakes and wasting your time with the wrong information. You need reliable and up-to-date information to ensure that you get the best results.
Introducing... Getting Started on a Low FODMAP Diet
This online supported course was specially designed to give you step-by-step instructions to make following a low FODMAP diet easier. Because the only way that you'll know if FODMAPs affect you is if you do the diet right.
That's why I created this course. Because I saw so many people trying to work it out for themselves and getting it wrong. They kept making mistakes and eating the wrong foods. Or they were so afraid of what they could and couldn't eat that choosing meals became a nightmare.
But you don't need to struggle the same way that they did. You can get started on a low FODMAP diet with everything that you need right from the start. And because this course is supported, you can get help along the way.
Because the faster you get results, the faster you can get your life back on track.

About the instructor
Hi, I’m Glenda Bishop.
I’m a Registered Nutritionist, neuroscientist, wellness coach and educator who helps people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome to live a less irritable life.
I was diagnosed with IBS 25 years ago, so I understand the day-to-day challenges that IBS creates. I also have extensive experience in
managing food intolerances and I use the low FODMAP diet to keep my IBS

calming and mindfulness techniques to decrease the frequency of my IBS flares
and to promote ongoing physical and mental wellness.
My qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in biomedical science, a Master of Human Nutrition, a PhD in neuroscience, and certificates in Wellness Coaching and Fitness. I've previously worked as university lecturer and scientific researcher at Monash University, but now work in my own practice, A Less Irritable Life, where I specialise in IBS and FODMAPs.
